This gives guidance for writing a motion for new business.

R5 Policy Amendment Form

This gives guidance for writing a motion to amend the current R5 policy documents, including the Policies and Procedures, the Convention Guidelines, and the Standing Rules.

This gives guidance for writing a motion to amend the current R5 Bylaws.

Application Forms

Application for R5 Officer (pdf)

This is to be received by August 29th, 2024, for the applicant to be considered a candidate in the 2024 Fall Assembly elections. On even numbered years, elections are held for Chair and Treasurer. On odd numbered years, elections are held for Vice-Chair and Secretary.

Application for R5 Delegate (pdf)

This is to be received by December 1, 2024, for the applicant to be considered to represent Region 5 at the World Service Business Conference in 2025.
